My work focuses on self-healing from trauma, overcoming challenges, enhancing self-awareness, and achieving psychological separation from my family of origin. My project combines the concept of Catharsis in psychotherapy with Inscape (visual art) to create inner psychological landscapes. Through 3D art and visual reality (VR), I explore a new form of art therapy aimed at self-healing and self-exploration.

This project specifically addresses the dilemma encountered in becoming independent from one's family of origin. While my work is rooted in these personal challenges, it also speaks to the universal difficulties everyone faces at different stages of life. Often, we feel trapped by our dilemmas for extended periods. However, by delving into our inner selves, embracing our true feelings, and understanding our genuine thoughts, these perceived obstacles may naturally dissolve — or may have never truly existed.

I use artistic metaphors to present my inner world, visualizing my subconscious and confronting my true inner thoughts. Inspired by my experiences, dreams, emotional wounds, feelings, and memories, my work constructs psychological landscapes that document my journey from initial confusion to deeper self-discovery. This process helps solidify my ideas and achieve psychological separation, fostering independent thought. In the virtual space I create, I provide a safe environment to release repressed negative emotions, facilitating healing.

I aim to connect with visitors who have had similar experiences, encouraging them to pay attention to their mental health, acknowledge negative emotions, and recognize their inner needs.
